Job description:
We are seeking an observant, vigilant, dependable, and professional Security Officer to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide assistance to patrons, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle conflicts or incidents calmly and effectively, following proper protocols
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports
- Create badges for visitors, employees and drivers

Requirements:
- High school diploma required (GED), or 5+ years of security experience
- 2 years associate degree preferred; will consider combination of education and prior experience
- Computer experience with Microsoft tool (excel, word etc.)
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Able to perform regular patrols up to 8 miles a day and respond quickly if needed
- Must be able to obtain a security license through the state of Wisconsin
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
