This opening requires applicants to be at least 19 years old. Our operating hours require evening and weekend availability.
Axe Throwing Coaches are tasked with teaching groups how to throw and ensuring a fun and safe environment. You will also be trained in our snack bar.
Role Description:
- Ensures that all guests enjoys an extraordinary and safe experience
- Ensures that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are consistently met
- Teach guests proper throwing technique in order to facilitate an enjoyable experience
- Ensure the facility, lanes, and equipment are always ready and each session runs smoothly
- Learn and perform food service in our snack bar
- Represent the TimberBeast brand with passion for the sport of axe throwing
- Understand and uphold all policies and procedures
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given friendly, courteous, and responsive service
- Engage in customer recovery process when needed
- Help create a team environment and encourage others at every opportunity
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Be high-energy, enthusiastic, and outgoing
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to large groups
- Willing to facilitate birthday parties and corporate events
- Can work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
