Position Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll lead business-to-business outreach in the Iowa area, helping local employers implement customized employee benefit solutions.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our regional presence, mentoring new team members, and driving consistent growth within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with business owners, executives, and HR professionals to identify their needs and deliver tailored benefit solutions.
- Drive Sales Growth: Implement proven sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve growth goals.
- Lead & Mentor: Train, support, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Manage Clients: Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track leads, monitor activity, and analyze results.
- Achieve Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required — we provide world-class training and mentorship.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
