Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing as needed
- Take digital radiographs
- Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting treatment needs
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
- Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols
- Deliver outstanding patient care with a friendly, compassionate approach
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
