We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic *Inside Sales Representative* to join our Hallandale Beach office. If you have a strong background in phone sales, enjoy speaking with customers, and know how to close deals while providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and helping them schedule services or approve recommended work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound and handling inbound sales calls.
Following up with customers who have received estimates.
Explaining chimney services, inspections, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
Building trust with customers and overcoming objections professionally.
Closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Keeping detailed notes and updating customer information in our CRM.
Coordinating with our scheduling and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Following company sales processes and maintaining professionalism on every call.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in inside sales or phone sales (required).*
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone all day.
Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM software quickly.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Experience in the home services industry (chimney, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, restoration, or similar) is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
*$20.00 per hour*
*2% commission on every sale you close*
*$400 Avr Commission*
Performance-based earning potential with no cap on commissions.
