W2 Full-Time School-Based Mental Health Therapist

1 Position-(Serving 1 Middle & 1 High School) 20 Hrs. at each site.
2nd Position-(Serving 2 High School's) 20 Hrs at each site.
Base salary with additional earning opportunities through performance incentives and optional outpatient clinical work. Total compensation potential exceeds $90,000 annually.

We are seeking 2 independently structured and motivated School-Based Mental Health Therapist to provide services across assigned middle school, and high school within Baltimore City Public Schools.
Both full-time role combines two school placements into one 40-hour position and is grant funded.
Position Overview
- Full-Time (40 hours weekly)
- Split between Middle & High School or 2 High Schools
- Independent work environment with strong agency support
- Team-based administrative and clinical backing
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Maryland license (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC)
- Experience working with adolescents (school experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining agency standards
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health services to students in General Education programs
- Conduct mental health consultations and classroom observations
- Facilitate prevention groups
- Participate in Student Wellness Support Team meetings
- Conduct family outreach
- Provide mental health presentations to staff
- Support crisis intervention
- Complete documentation in data platform
- Participate in Evidence-Based Assessment Initiative and trainings
- Other assigned duties
