PearlCare Search Group works with K-12 schools throughout New York. Our staff provides services for Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education and Psychology.
We are searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with adolescents in a school setting.
This position is part time, 20 hours a week, and very flexible. You can work any combination of days/hours that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses to identify needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles tailored to each student's unique profile.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services in a school setting
- Collaborate with educators and other providers to facilitate consistent intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings
Experience
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform functional assessments and develop intervention strategies.
