Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively.
- Assist customers in selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs through consultative selling techniques.
- Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cash register operations.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value while ensuring they receive tailored solutions.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information about products and services.
- Support inventory management by stocking new products and managing stock levels efficiently.
- Supervise or assist with team activities as needed, fostering a collaborative store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is highly desirable.
- Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued.
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and basic math skills will support your success in this role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions both in-store and over the phone.
