- Physically ready – Able to be on your feet and moving for long periods.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items with care and consistency
- Provide warm, personalized service to every guest
- Keep workspaces clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Monitor inventory and report low stock
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including handling the register and cash-outs
