Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and service-minded Agent Experience & Office Marketing Coordinator to help keep a GSIR office running smoothly while serving as a trusted resource for agents across the region and company.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role that combines office operations, listing marketing support, technology, and agent service. You’ll create a welcoming and well-run office environment while helping agents navigate listings, marketing, technology, systems, resources, and day-to-day questions.
This is a dual role that works closely with both our Director of Operations & Administration and Director of Resource Engagement. You’ll help ensure the day-to-day needs of your assigned office are handled while also providing hands-on agent support across the organization. You’ll troubleshoot issues, reinforce training and resources, help agents navigate our tools and systems, and identify opportunities to continually improve the agent experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Marketing
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Serve as a go-to resource for agents, employees, and office leadership.
- Manage supplies, equipment, mail, deliveries, deposits, vendors, and office technology needs.
- Coordinate meetings, training, events, and office communications.
- Maintain accurate listing inventory and fulfill agent listing marketing requests.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials using approved templates, design tools, and GSIR brand standards.
- Identify office needs and proactively coordinate solutions.
Agent Support & Onboarding
- Be a trusted first point of contact for questions about GSIR tools, systems, technology, and processes.
- Welcome and onboard new agents, helping them quickly become connected and productive.
- Troubleshoot questions, resolve issues when possible, and connect agents with the right internal resource when needed.
- Provide responsive, patient support to agents with varying levels of technical experience.
- Follow through on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Support agents beyond the assigned office as part of GSIR’s broader agent support team.
Technology, Training & Resources
- Build strong knowledge of GSIR’s technology, systems, platforms, and agent resources.
- Help agents get the most from the tools available to grow their business.
- Stay current on new tools, updates, processes, training, and company resources.
- Reinforce training by directing agents to the right guides, courses, and self-service resources.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new technology and company initiatives.
- Partner with the Director of Resource Engagement to identify recurring questions and develop proactive solutions.
Real Estate & Resource Support
- Maintain a working knowledge of the residential real estate transaction lifecycle.
- Help agents navigate listing, transaction, and related technology and processes.
- Recognize when an issue requires support from brokerage leadership, compliance, accounting, marketing, IT, or another department.
- Track recurring questions and issues and help improve FAQs, guides, training, and other internal resources.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in residential real estate, brokerage, or a real estate support environment strongly preferred.
- Understanding of the residential real estate transaction process.
- Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
- Confidence troubleshooting technology and explaining processes to others.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine service mindset and enjoyment of helping others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working with agents, employees, leadership, and multiple departments.
- Ability to balance ownership of an assigned office with broader regional and companywide agent support.
This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role will be based primarily out of Orleans, MA with travel to other offices within the region as needed to provide in-person agent and office support.

Success in this role means the assigned office is organized, welcoming and well supported, and agents have a knowledgeable, dependable resource they can turn to for help supporting their business—from listings and marketing to technology, tools, systems and day-to-day needs.
This person will become someone who can answer the question, find the answer or quickly connect the agent with the right person—while helping agents become increasingly confident navigating GSIR’s tools, technology and resources.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
