We are in search of an Housekeeper with an energetic, kind heart and service-oriented mindset who shows attention to details to join our amazing first-class team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible to keep our cozy campus clean and comfortable for our residents and guests. We are seeking an individual who displays a compassionate, positive attitude, and who strives for personal excellence.
As the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning both private and public areas of the building as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to:
Responsibilities/Job Description:
· Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal and floor care
· Cleaning of emergency spills as needed and perform additional tasks as needed
· Maintains cleaning equipment, supplies and supply closet
· Ensures timely and efficient turnover of resident rooms
· Perform job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
· Promote a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
Qualifications
Required:
· Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
· Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets
Preferred:
· Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
· Ability to work a consistent schedule
· Enjoys working independently and as a team player
· Desire to create relationships with residents and staff
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
