Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Green, Maxville and Associates. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement ABA therapy strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to empower individuals and improve their quality of life. This position is in-home.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy techniques as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home and community environments.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding progress and challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques is a plus.
