Hotel General Manager – Multi-Award-Winning Boutique Hotel
We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven Hotel General Manager to lead our multi-award-winning team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a track record of operational excellence, revenue growth, and team development while maintaining high guest satisfaction and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B.
- Drive revenue growth and optimize costs through strategic financial management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous training, and a growth mindset.
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences and handle concerns professionally.
- Develop and execute budgets, forecasts, and performance strategies to exceed financial targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in operations and guest service.
- Maintain strong QA performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Opera PMS, Fosse, SynXis, and other hospitality tech to drive efficiency.
- Represent the hotel in the community, building relationships to enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee event operations (experience in event management is a plus).
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hotel management.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of exceeding financial and operational goals.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, Fosse, SynXis, and other hotel technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred.
- Passion for hospitality, with a "do what it takes" attitude.
