We're currently hiring an Event Marketing & Sales Associate to represent AT&T at community events and promotional locations. In this role, you'll introduce customers to AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help individuals find wireless and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This is an entry-level position with training provided. Previous marketing or telecommunications experience isn't required, we're looking for individuals with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities of the Event Marketing & Sales Associate:
- Represent AT&T at any required events and customer engagement locations.
- Greet customers and educate them on AT&T wireless products, devices, internet services, and current promotions.
- Build rapport with customers while identifying products and services that match their needs.
- Assist customers through service enrollments, activations, and account setup.
- Maintain a professional, energetic presence at each event.
- Learn and stay up to date on AT&T products and promotions through ongoing training.
- Work alongside team members to achieve daily and weekly goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Event Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications
- Spanish language skills required (conversational Spanish is acceptable).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, event marketing, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, dependable, and motivated to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month
