We are seeking a skilled, efficient Welder / Fabricator for an immediate opening on a specific, ongoing project in Searcy, Arkansas. This is a short-term position that needs to be filled right away. Key Responsibilities
- Immediate Integration: Jump right in with our current crew to and take the lead on an ongoing fabrication and welding project.
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality stick/wire welding on pipe and structural metal.
- Preparation & Fitting: Cut, notch, grind, and fit pipe and metal components precisely to keep the project timeline on schedule.
- Safety & Efficiency: Maintain high safety standards while working quickly to meet tight project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Availability: Must be available to start working IMMEDIATELY.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional welding and custom fabrication experience. You must be confident in your skills from day one.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience building pipe fencing, working with oil field pipe, or saddle-notching pipe is a major plus.
- Gear: Must have your own basic trade hand tools and standard PPE (welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots) ready to go.
- Testing: Ability to pass an immediate on-site weld test and drug screen.
- This is an outdoor project so you must be comfortable working outside, for extended periods of time.
