About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring the seamless performance of our automated material handling and robotic infrastructure. By applying your technical expertise to complex mechanical and electrical systems, you will directly impact operational uptime and drive the reliability of our facility's core production technologies.
Responsibilities-
Execute proactive inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize the longevity and performance of automated distribution equipment.

Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical failures in conveyors, motors, VFDs, and servo-driven systems.

Lead the installation and calibration of new machinery to ensure optimal integration with existing workflows.

Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs and system modifications to support data-driven maintenance strategies.

Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO procedures and industrial compliance regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve overall throughput.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial maintenance is highly valued.

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting mechanical and industrial electrical systems.

Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Competence in using standard hand tools and diagnostic software, including Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems independently.

Hands-on experience with pneumatics, HVAC systems, and high-voltage (480V) environments.

Familiarity with crane and lifting equipment safety protocols.

Previous experience working with complex robotics or automated packaging lines.
