Alora Medical Spa and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated, skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This unique role combines clinical patient care responsibilities with the delivery of aesthetic services. Candidates must have experience in both medical and cosmetic treatments, with excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete patient health care records and reports
- Perform patient assessments, phone triage, and basic medical care as needed
- Administer and assist with aesthetic treatments such as injectables, laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic services
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and overall wellness.
- Assist providers with medical procedures and support the clinical team as required
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
Requirements/Skills
- Consult with patients and create a treatment plan
- Perform procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, vein treatment and PRP blood draws/injections
- Follow up with patients and build relationships
- Maintain proper documentation
- Excellent communication skills and follow-up performance and ability to articulate technical and medical information
- Phlebotomy
- Active RN license in Kansas
- At least 1-2 years of aesthetic experience is required
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
