We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) licensed in Pennsylvania to join our practice as 1099 independent contractors. If you value flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, and providing exceptional client care, we would love to hear from you.

- Set your own hours, choose your preferred client populations and specialties, and provide services virtually, in person, or through a hybrid model based on your preferences and availability
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your clinical interests and expertise
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR
- Manage your availability and communicate professionally with clients
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow established safety protocols when needed
- Adhere to HIPAA requirements and Pennsylvania licensure standards
- Collaborate with practice leadership as needed to support quality client care
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in good standing
- Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse client populations
- Strong clinical skills and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, or other therapeutic modalities
- Ability to diagnose and document care in accordance with current clinical and insurance standards
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and using electronic health record systems
- Active NPI or willingness to obtain one.
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and commitment to ethical, client-centered care
