Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good time management skills to ensure all duties are completed efficiently within scheduled hours.
