We are looking for an experienced and focused on results Maintenance Team Manager to serve our customers better with our brand new equipment.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee BOTH of our Connecticut facilities (Cheshire & Meriden, Connecticut)
- Leading the maintenance team to ensure machines are being maintained (and repaired when needed)
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and ensuring daily preventative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Scheduling and executing Preventive Maintenance in a timely manner and improving touch points to keep our machines as new
- Monitoring and improving inventory of spare parts, materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and orderly facility
What we are looking for is a professional with strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering results:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge and understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Great attention to detail
- “Can-do” attitude
- Flexible schedule and ability to support a three-shift, seven-day operation
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
