The Leave of Absence Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering employee leave of absence programs and supporting workplace accommodation processes across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave procedures, documentation requirements, eligibility, and return-to-work processes. The Leave of Absence Coordinator manages a variety of leave cases, maintains accurate records, and partners with Human Resources, Payroll, managers, and third-party administrators to ensure timely and compliant case administration. With a strong understanding of leave regulations and best practices, this position helps promote a positive employee experience while supporting organizational compliance and business operations. This position is fully onsite at our office in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in leave administration, benefits administration, human resources, disability management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, state leave programs, and other applicable leave regulations.
- Experience managing leave cases and maintaining confidential employee information.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and case-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with HRIS, case management, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or other safety-sensitive industries preferred.

Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience administering leave of absence, disability, or accommodation programs may be substituted for formal education.
Professional certifications related to Human Resources, leave management, or benefits administration are a plus.
