About Precise Chiropractic Center
At Precise Chiropractic Center, our mission is to help patients regain their health and quality of life while avoiding unnecessary medications and surgery. We’ve been serving the Lake in the Hills community since 2006, and we’re proud of the culture we’ve built — one grounded in education, compassion, and continual improvement.
We believe patients are here on purpose, for a purpose, and with purpose. Every team member helps reinforce that mindset through positive, professional communication and consistent service. That philosophy is what separates our practice — and it’s what we expect from every person on our team.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — a team member who is passionate about helping people, committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience, and ready to build a long-term career with our practice.
Position Overview
Our front office is the heart of the patient experience. As our Front Office Chiropractic Assistant, you’re not simply checking patients in — you own the patient experience from arrival through departure. You’ll be the first person patients see and one of the most important influences on how they feel about their care. This is a high-accountability, people-first role that requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to run a busy office with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Core responsibilities include:
- Create an exceptional first and lasting impression for every patient by delivering a welcoming, confident, and organized experience from arrival through departure. Every interaction should reinforce that our office is different from any healthcare experience they’ve had before.
- Coordinate patient flow to keep providers on schedule and the office running smoothly throughout the day.
- Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and assist with new patient paperwork.
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions with professionalism and genuine care.
- Collect payments and accurately manage patient accounts.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with patients, doctors, and teammates.
- Help educate patients about office procedures, services, and upcoming events.
- Maintain organized patient records and front office operations.
Success in This Role Means
This is not a role where showing up and answering phones is enough. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the front office as if it were their own business. Day-to-day, that looks like:
- Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the entire day.
- Keeping providers on schedule whenever possible.
- Protecting the patient experience during busy or challenging periods.
- Anticipating problems before they become disruptions.
- Helping every patient feel known, welcomed, and cared for.
How You’ll Be Evaluated
We believe in clear expectations. Success in this role is measured by:
- Patient satisfaction and experience quality
- Schedule accuracy and efficiency
- Patient flow and on-time performance
- Attendance and punctuality
- Team communication and collaboration
- Reliability and consistency
- Positive contribution to office culture
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 3 years in a high-volume customer service or patient-facing role with daily in-person interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain positive, composed, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to following established systems and procedures.
Strongly Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, physical therapy, hospitality, banking, fitness, or other service-oriented industries.
This is not a primarily administrative or remote position. We’re seeking someone who genuinely thrives on face-to-face interaction and delivering outstanding service.
Schedule
Candidates must be available to work within the following office hours. Specific schedule (days/hours per week) will be confirmed during the interview based on whether the role is full-time or part-time.
- Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
