Track and improve performance (availability/fill rate, backorders, wait time, first-time fix, downtime, turns, excess/obsolete, expedite spend, cost avoidance, ROI).
-
Improve processes across forecasting, critical spares, standardization/alternates, repair vs. replace, warranty/returns/core recovery, and end-of-life planning.
-
Strengthen asset/parts data quality (master data, BOMs, asset-to-part relationships, criticality, alternates, lifecycle/obsolescence).
-
Use telemetry, analytics, and AI to anticipate demand, detect failure patterns, optimize placement, and reduce unplanned downtime.
-
Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results to senior leaders through business cases and operating reviews.
-

-
Experience with EAM/CMMS and related inventory/procurement systems, telemetry, dashboards, analytics, and AI tools.
-
