Fox Heritage Foods is hiring a meat processing associate. We offer health insurance for full time employees and discounts on meat for all employees. Our business is solely-owned and operated, located in Prairie du Sac. We work with Amish farmers to raise our pure Berkshire and cross-breed Heritage hogs and provide excellent quality fresh and processed meats to our customers.

Jobs Duties:
- Packaging meat following all company guidelines
- Cutting meat following all company guidelines
- Smoking meat following all company guidelines
- Perform routine inventory of products
- Use computer and printer to create labels for products, following all company guidelines
- Put labels on bags and properly store products in coolers and freezers
- Clean and sanitize work area daily, and when needed, in between handling different products
- Assist with freezer inventory and organization
Necessary Qualifications:
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to speak, read, and write in English
Able to stand for long periods of time, with breaks
Willing to work in a refrigerated room, as needed
Adheres to all safety procedures
Good attention to detail
Strong work ethic with reliable transportation
Follows proper cleaning and sanitation requirements
Able to routinely lift 50 pounds
