Play & Learn is looking to hire reliable full time assistant teachers who enjoy working with children 6 weeks - 6 years of age. A successful assistant teacher will be caring, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to keep children safe, healthy, and happy. You will be responsible for helping the lead teacher organize the classroom and implement developmentally appropriate activities each day, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the classroom. Some independent supervision of children is part of this position. We are looking for coachable and adaptable applicants who are willing to step up and take the initiative when necessary. Must be able to pass state and federal background checks and a physical exam.
