This is an office-based administrative position—not a field technician role.
You’ll help keep appointments, work orders, invoices, reports, and required documents organized and moving forward.
What the role looks like
You’ll work with customers, HOAs, property management companies, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Your day may include:
- Coordinating appointments and tracking work orders through completion.
- Reviewing reports and paperwork for accuracy and missing information.
- Preparing invoices, notices, reports, and electronic contracts.
- Following up on scheduling or billing issues.
- Entering job costs, invoices, commissions, and bonuses into spreadsheets.
- Running reports and preparing spreadsheets or dashboards for management.
- Answering customer and employee questions.
- Submitting Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) invoices through the California Structural Pest Control Board’s online portal.
- Providing general administrative support to help the department stay on track.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Administrative, scheduling, invoicing, or spreadsheet experience.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Comfort learning new online portals and internal systems.
