Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing rapport and understanding their wireless needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories effectively
- Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences
- Perform upselling by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales revenue
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store environment is inviting and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics retail environments
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the district possible growth opportunities at other nearby locations
- Strong phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or online inquiries
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices in a retail setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a grocery store or retail environment
