Our company is in search of a great addition to our team. We have long-term work available for the right candidate. This position is full time with possibly the occasion of being on call on the weekends for rental property needs. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security. Experience in operating fork lifts is a plus but not a requirement. Our company does require the following; valid drivers license, reliable form of transportation, positive attitude, works well with others, leadership qualities, and most importantly punctuality. Daily tasks for shop and rental properties will also include snow removal and grass cutting. You will also be required to take a drug test.
