The DRIPBaR Carrollwood is a locally owned, medically supervised wellness clinic dedicated to helping clients optimize their health through IV vitamin therapy, NAD+, red light therapy, medical weight loss, vitamin injections, and preventative wellness services.
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help us expand our community presence and build strategic partnerships throughout the Tampa Bay area.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Business Development & Strategic Community Partnerships Consultant, you'll serve as an ambassador for The DRIPBaR throughout the community. You'll identify new business opportunities, establish referral partnerships, secure corporate wellness accounts, and help grow our membership base.
This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys connecting with people, building partnerships, and creating new business opportunities while enjoying unlimited earning potential.

- Tampa/Carrollwood, FL (Hybrid – Community & Field-Based)
- Flexible schedule
- Independent Contractor (1099)
COMPENSATION

Commission opportunities include:
- New memberships

Successful consultants have the opportunity to build recurring income by consistently developing high-value partnerships and generating new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with local businesses, employers, gyms, fitness studios, salons, spas, chiropractors, healthcare providers, and wellness professionals.
- Generate new client referrals and membership opportunities.
- Secure corporate wellness partnerships and employee wellness programs.
- Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community functions as a representative of The DRIPBaR.
- Coordinate collaborative marketing events and promotional campaigns with community partners.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective referral partners.
- Track business development activities, referrals, and partnership outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts that increase brand awareness and partnership opportunities throughout the community.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for someone who is:

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by results
- Comfortable networking and representing a premium wellness brand
- Organized with excellent follow-through
- Professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about health, wellness, and preventative care
- Experienced in business development, sales, account management, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or relationship management (preferred but not required)
- Skilled at prospecting and developing new business opportunities through creative outreach
- Knowledgeable in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing principles
- Comfortable negotiating and building long-term professional relationships
