What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers directly in a retail setting and identify their needs
- Present and explain wireless plans, devices, and service options clearly
- Support customer acquisition efforts through guided, in-person sales interactions
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Contribute to daily and weekly store performance goals
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming retail presence
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people face-to-face
- Motivated to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable working retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
- 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
