Position Overview:
As a Production Assistant, you'll work closely with our Project Manager on all sunroom installations. This role is designed for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of our business while actively seeking ways to enhance our efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating sunroom installations, ensuring all aspects of the project are running smoothly and on schedule.
- Learn & Improve: Immerse yourself in our business processes, from project planning to execution, with a keen eye for identifying areas where we can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize & Strategize: Maintain detailed records, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors. Bring innovative ideas to the table to streamline operations.
