- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance store presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Utilize bilingual skills when necessary to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments.
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.

- Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling.
