We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Forklift Operator to join a warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are staged and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely
- Load and unload trucks efficiently
- Move and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners or WMS systems
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack equipment
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to erform repetitive warehouse tasks
- Work in a warehouse environment while meeting productivity goals
