This role oversees a portfolio of clients and assists with updating Account information, calling companies to inquire about documents sent, and Outbound calls to update point of contact info for companies. Responsibilities
- Outbound inquiries to companies related to customer accounts
- Updating Accounts with most accurate information
- Correspond with companies via phone & email
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
Skills / Qualifications
- RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT!
- Demonstrable ability to communicate well, verbally and written
- Solid computer experience running internet-based applications
- Excellent listening, speaking and influencing skills
- 50+ WPM
