Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring each space is left spotless, sanitized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitizing
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices, and other assigned spaces
- Deep cleaning tasks as needed (baseboards, appliances, windows, etc.)
- Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently
- Uphold Jeny Jo’s Cleaning standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude, honesty, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
