Ideal candidate must have at least five years of insurance restoration/construction industry experience. Must have sales management experience with established industry contacts/relationships. Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess excellent leadership skills. Must be familiar with restoration construction processes, estimating software programs and industry trades. Must have the ability to manage numerous staff and divisions. Must work well with others, be respectful and manage with a servant leadership attitude.
