We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to deliver Medicaid aligned behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in El Paso and surrounding communities.
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment.

Provide direct, field based Qualified Mental Health Professional services while meeting payer, documentation, and compliance requirements. Contractors maintain independent professional judgment within applicable Qualified Mental Health Professional service delivery standards.
Deliver authorized skills training, crisis intervention, medication training and support, and targeted case management.
Develop and update crisis and safety plans as clinically appropriate.
Coordinate with caregivers, community partners, and treatment team members as needed.
Provide face to face services in approved settings, including homes, schools, and community locations.
Complete accurate and timely progress notes, service records, and other required billing and compliance documentation.
Bachelor degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Qualified Mental Health Professional or Qualified Mental Health Professional Community Services eligible.
Experience supporting children, adolescents, and families preferred.
Comfortable working independently in a field based service model.
Strong documentation skills and ability to meet required timelines.
Professional and empathetic communication with clients, families, and community partners.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Per Contractor Agreement and Compensation Plan
Base Service Fee Billable Work
$25 to $28 per approved billable hour. Services must be properly documented, coded, and eligible for submission and approval.
An additional $4 to $9 per billable hour may be earned based on total monthly billable hours under a tiered accelerator model.
Mileage Support Payment If Offered
Monthly support may be available based on verified eligible business mileage. Normal commuting is excluded. Payments range from $100 to $800 per month, depending on eligible mileage.
Ramp Up Minimum Pay Optional and Time Limited
Up to 45 days of ramp up support may be available when eligibility requirements are met.
Client Recruitment Bonus: $50 for each new client enrolled with active insurance confirmation.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Benefits are not provided.
Non billable administrative time, travel time, and meetings are not separately compensated unless expressly included in the compensation plan or a signed written statement of work.
Trainings or meetings may be offered. Participation is generally voluntary unless otherwise stated.
Work performed from the 1st through 15th is paid on the 22nd.
Work performed from the 16th through 31st is paid on the 7th.
Primary coverage includes El Paso and surrounding communities.
Reliable transportation is required.
Field travel between approved service locations is expected.
Earnings are performance driven and based on billable output, documentation quality, and timely completion under the accelerator model.
