Operational Profile:

Weekly Mileage: High-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles.

Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch; roughly 60% consists of Drop & Hook.

Equipment: 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner models.

Route Policy: No forced dispatch to New York City.
Compensation & Incentives:

Base Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Experience-based).

Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,500 (Top earners reach $1,750+).

Minimum Hiring Criteria:

Licensing: Valid Class A CDL; 21+ years of age.
