POSITION GOAL
To assure a high-quality Food Service Program that complies with local, state, and federal regulations and operates with maximum efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
A minimum of two (2) years, within the last five (5) years of food service experience.
Completion of the School Board of Broward County Food & Nutrition Services Department Organization and Management Intern Manager Training Program.
Ability to follow directions, read and communicate in English.
Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, school administrators and other Food & Nutrition service-related personnel.
General knowledge of quantity food service and nutrition.
Computer skills as required for the position.
