Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair medium and heavy-duty trucks and related equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs to keep fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready.
- Identify mechanical issues, complete needed repairs, and confirm equipment is operating properly.
- Use diagnostic tools and repair procedures to troubleshoot truck and equipment issues.
- Support daily shop repair priorities while maintaining safe work practices and an organized work area.
Requirements
- Michigan State Certified Mechanic.
- Hands-on experience repairing medium and heavy-duty trucks or related equipment.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with diesel trucks and fleet vehicles.
- Working knowledge of truck systems, maintenance procedures, and repair practices.
- Able to work in a shop repair environment and complete quality repairs efficiently.
- Available for a day shift schedule with overtime opportunities.

Compensation:
- $25.00 – $40.00/hour starting pay based on experience, certifications, and training
