Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, including bed maintenance, shrub and tree trimming, and landscape enhancement.

Supervise and ensure proper chemical application when applying to landscape beds

Lead, train, and mentor grounds crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork

Conduct thorough site inspections before and after services to maintain high standards

Identify and address plant disease and pest issues, ensuring appropriate treatment

Manage equipment, trailers, and vehicle loading to streamline operations

Maintain equipment and enforce OSHA safety compliance and company policies

Assist with scheduling, timesheets, and job documentation for organized operations

Support snow operations as needed to ensure year-round service continuity

Experience leading and coordinating teams to achieve operational goals

Grounds maintenance experience required

State applicator license (Core, 3A, 3B, 6) preferred

Strong knowledge of plant health and chemical programs

Ability to conduct site inspections and uphold high service standards

Organizational and leadership skills to mentor and hold crews accountable

Experience managing equipment logistics preferred
