Delivery Driver – Wilmington, DE & Surrounding Areas
Marathon Logistics is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas, including New Castle County, DE and Chester & Delaware Counties, PA. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting packages and goods to residential and business addresses while ensuring every delivery is on time, safe, and accurate.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans and box trucks to transport goods throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania.
- Load and unload packages using safe lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses while following the fastest and safest routes.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep vehicles in top condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and proof of delivery.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates and resolve issues quickly.
- Assist with light warehouse duties, such as sorting packages and organizing inventory.
Delivery Driver Requirements
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, courier, or similar role preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $23.25 - $24.25 per hour
