Key Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines to embroider designs on materials such as hats, shirts, bags, ect.
- Set up machines, including threading needles, selecting thread colors, and adjusting settings for optimal performance.
- Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machine and ensure proper placement using hoops or frames.
- Monitor machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Collaborate with designers or team members to create custom designs.
- Maintain inventory of embroidery supplies and reorder materials as needed.
Skills Required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating industrial embroidery machines, threading, adjusting tension, troubleshooting, and digitizing designs.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure designs are accurate and meet quality standards.
- Time Management: Efficiently plan and complete multiple tasks within deadlines.
