The Program Director at Mountaindale Recovery Center (MRC) program provides residential substance abuse services for women who are pregnant or have children 9 years old or younger. Position is responsible for managing the daily clinical and operational aspects of the program including management of program contracts, service quality, staff deployment, integration with local community and public relations.
Who We Are: Mountaindale Recovery Center is a level 3.1 residential treatment program located in rural Washington County. We serve women who are pregnant and parenting, and they can bring their kids (up to age 9) with them. We are located on a beautiful, remote property, surrounded by trees and hills. We have been on hiatus while making improvements to the property and are excited to bring back women who will be supported with renewed clarity and services.
Who You Are: You are an experienced leader (3+ years) with strong clinical and administrative skills. You are dually credentialed in substance use (CADC 2) and mental health (master’s level) because you are ready to provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team. You know that women in residential treatment bring their whole selves with them – their family, their mental health, their trauma, and their substance use goals. You also believe that the whole team – our peers, our residential care facilitators, and our counselors – are invaluable. Each is as essential as the other and none of us do well without each other. You feel comfortable setting boundaries and standards, holding people accountable, because you know that you set the tone for the whole team. You are able to manage schedules, reports, and details. You are able to ask for help and will do so, because you know that you are a role model for not only your team members, but the women and children engaged in services.
Is It Worth It? You are the best judge of that. But, money does talk. LifeWorks NW offers a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $82,256-$106,933 annually, with a $1.25/hr differential added ($2,600/annual) due to being a remote location. Pay is determined based on your experience.
