**This role supports warehouse operations by resolving software and system-related issues, assisting end users, troubleshooting inventory and transaction-related concerns, and helping ensure daily operational continuity within a fast-paced distribution environment.
NOTE: This is a fully onsite, second shift position. Must be local to the Columbus, OH area.

- Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support
- Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance

The Position
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on productivity, quality, throughput, and cost reduction across production operations
- Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization efforts
- Analyze production performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with operations leadership to implement sustainable improvements and standardize best practices

- Fully onsite position supporting warehouse and distribution operations
- 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, operational troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, and platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Körber, SAP, Oracle, or AS400 is highly preferred
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
