Role Overview
As the Maintenance Electrical Supervisor, you will guide and organize our electrical maintenance staff to ensure manufacturing processes run safely and productively. Your primary focus involves managing the repair, installation, and ongoing maintenance of machinery and electrical infrastructure. By collaborating with both production and maintenance departments, you will help boost equipment reliability, reduce operational interruptions, and guarantee that all maintenance tasks are executed with high standards of safety and efficiency.
Core Duties

Provide guidance and oversight to electrical maintenance staff across all operational shifts.

Direct daily maintenance workflows to ensure all tasks are finished promptly.

Diagnose and resolve complex problems involving PLCs, motor controls, automation, and general electrical systems.

Help minimize equipment downtime by organizing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Ensure that every electrical project adheres strictly to established safety protocols and corporate guidelines.

Support the production team by reacting to equipment failures and restoring functionality with minimal delay.

Professional Requirements

An Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a comparable discipline is preferred.

At least five years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is highly desirable.

Deep technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, automation, drives, and PLC motor controls.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex technical drawings and electrical schematics.
