Position: Lawn Care Technician / Crew Member
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments as directed
- Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper use and safety practices
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on every job
Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related outdoor work preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred
