General Labor - Manufacturing
Day Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm ($16/hour)
Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm ($16.30/hour)
Midnights - 11:00pm - 7:00am ($16.45/hour)
Typical work week is 5-days Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime, based on customer demand.
Job Overview:
Watson Engineering, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic General Labors to perform miscellaneous general labor activities on our fast-growing team.
Job Duties:
- Pulling parts off the laser machine
- Counting parts accurately that are produced by various machines and equipment
- Processing parts (clean, finish, assemble, package and transport)
- Cleaning and other general shop tasks
Job Skills:
- Learn and master new skills;
- Understand and follow directions and rules;
- Safely and effectively operate various machinery and equipment;
- Communicate effectively (written and oral) with other WEI employees and management;
- Work efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment with the flexibility to prioritize duties and multi-task at different levels
- Must be able to read and understand work instruction plans, diagrams and specifications and effectively communicate and interact with others
- Lift up to 50lbs
Requirements include passing a drug screen and background check prior to start
Position is contract to direct after 30 - 60 days based on attendance and performance.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.45 per hour
