ROLES AVAILABLE
Social Media Engagement Specialist
- Reply to comments and messages
- Keep conversations active and responsive
- Support engagement on posts
Lead Research Specialist
- Find potential leads online
- Identify groups, pages, and contacts
- Gather and organize relevant information
Content Support Assistant
- Post or repost content when needed
- Keep pages active and consistent
- Assist with simple copy/paste updates
Data & Organization Assistant
- Track responses and leads
- Organize information in spreadsheets
- Maintain structured records
Outreach Support Specialist
- Send initial messages to potential leads
- Start conversations and drive engagement
- Help bring people into the communication system
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a performance-based remote opportunity.
Compensation is based on:
- Completed tasks
- Engagement activity
- Lead generation output
- Consistency and quality of work
Includes:
- Performance-based pay per task/output

Not a fixed hourly role — pay is tied to output and performance.
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
All selected team members will complete a short onboarding program (Hyper V Career Jumpstart Training) before handling live engagement or leads.
This training ensures everyone understands:
- System structure
- Communication flow
- Tools and workflow
- Lead handling process
Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
