We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functional areas, including technical, sales, and corporate roles. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and build candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and position requirements
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Lead and support offer development and negotiation, ensuring alignment with company compensation practices
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and hiring progress
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company hiring policies
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven expertise in corporate recruiting, sales recruiting, technical recruitment, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with experience in contracts management and employment law compliance.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (ADP Workforce Now experience a plus)
- Ability to research market trends for lead generation and talent acquisition strategies using social media management tools and research techniques.
- Experience with sales-oriented approaches such as cold calling for candidate outreach and relationship management to build a robust talent pipeline.
